MyCiti Hotel Kuala Lumpur - formerly known as Citin Hotel Masjid Jamek

The location. It's 2 minutes walk to Masjid Jamek LRT station. The room is clean and comfy. Wifi is strong, and air con is cold. The bathroom has hot shower.

No mineral water is provided upon arrival. Some homeless guys sit and sleep on the bench or in front of the shop near the hotel.

I like the staffs, they are friendly, they have good customer service and the location is good for foreigners, it is accessible to the central market, the mall, and many stores.

The location of the hotel is excellent, highly recommended especially for shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Mydin also is very near, where you can buy your pasalubong for your family and friends.

Good WIFI and Location

Since I am staying for 3d2n, would appreciate some Housekeeping. I was surpise none Housekeeping for my stay 3d2n.

They not clean the room without requested to reception or call.

Some stuff is very rude ? and they said that they don't have any housekeeping evening time.

Room is so small, bed so uncomfortable, washroom is so dirty. And wifi is not working on my phone when I asked help from the staff, they said the problem is my phone. ?

Breakfast buffet is excellent. The room is also very clear and beautiful. Everything was perfect

Improvement brakefast

The location and the price. I liked how it is so close to the masjid. I could hear the athan from my room. MashaAllah

Overall it was okay, I wish there was a hairdryer.

The staff was kind and very accommodating.We had an issue with the thermostat and the television and they repaired and replaced it immediately. The location is fantastic Four public transportation and the Central Market.

The room and bathroom were quite small, smaller than advertised. The property is quite old and areas are dingy and worn out, but we're told it's undergoing renovation.

Overall the stay was good, the room was nice, comfy and clean.

The room could be a little more spacious, the staff didn't provide room as I requested early check-in when I booked months ago, had to wait in the lobby with very minimum seating there. The bathroom sink had clogged drain.

Food was good. Their lobby areas was little and receptionists seems like aggressive. But they fulfill our requirements.

I didn't like their (only receptionists) way of talking to customer.

I liked the free buffet-style breakfast with a variety of options. The room was small but clean. The staff was professional and very helpful. We were able to store our luggage after check-out. It was very conveniently located as there was a train station about 5 minutes away, stalls selling many items right outside as well as a money changer, and a mosque less than 10 minutes away.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud, and the walls are paper-thin, so I could hear all the banging and whatnot in other rooms.

The location was good and value for money

Checking process was not smooth it took a while waiting for checkouts, so to get the room, reception stuff was bit unfriendly and sympathetic to to inconvenience that caused due the luck of room availability

The location is good, as a budget hotel, it's good, it is an old facility but clean and match the price.

A/C didnot work properly. Room was small. Not very clean.

Staff was good

They have a renovation work going on due to which the common washroom area is not available if you reach early to freshen up. They dont have staff you will help you take your luggage have to manage on our own and there are only steps from where you need to drag your luggage up. We had to put our luggage in the cloak also on our own which was a dark store room kind of place.

location and room seize is good.

the room do not have soundproof, middle of the night can hear beside room children cry. also, this hotel does not provide hairdryer.
